Probably because we were the first in a really, really long time to make contact with them. And we were the only ones on the island that night for them to try and communicate to. They were stuck in the rift before we opened it, but after that...well. They were able to go to different parts of the island as long as we were there.
They were...pretty mad, yeah. They didn't really want to play nice with us once they were out, but they also didn't exactly attack us. They just tried to make sure we knew they were in control.

Yeah. We...found some plans and information at this old woman's house and came up with a plan to seal the rift they came from. Alex took care of it.
