[ at the vr room, jonas seems to be looking at one of the headsets like he's debating what he wants to do. but there's netzach, and so there's a little grin. ]
I've heard of VR before. And I've seen it before. But usually there's a set batch of locations. Where would you even start?
[ sometimes. you just have to shove all of your ugly and exhausted emotions inside and deal with them Later so you outwardly present as trying to get past things.
but that's a question, huh. ]
I don't see why not if we've both got a headset and, like, calibrate for the same location. Seems weird otherwise.
Yeah, sure. I can't really promise anything good or interesting though, so...let's start with yours. I think those would be better to test out with this thing.
We can, yeah. Just depends on what else you wanna see.
[when he thinks of an image, starting a simulation-- they end up here, though if jonas takes a look around, the area as a whole looks like this. the pillars appear to reach above and below this floor.]
[ first of all, this is really not at all what he expected judging by the surprised noise that follows when his vision clears and he can see the simulation. it takes him a few moments to really absorb what he's seeing, as i, ty, wonder why there's a portrait of bill cipher. anyway...he starts to wander. ]
You know...when you said it was a library I kind of thought in the more traditional sense. Not like this. [ it's kind of cool, actually. ]
Nah, this is more or less what you can expect out of all of the floors. Mine's a little more... abstract, I guess, [disorganized,] but they're all pretty suited to our assigned subject.
Too bad more of them aren't like this. [ he's just walking along to start examining things on his own. ] Art's supposed to be abstract and stuff anyway, right? That's less surprising. Could you ever change it if you wanted to? Update it and stuff.
Huh... maybe? I might have to ask Angela to do it, though, so I'd rather not...
[there's no way she'd say yes. or worse, it'd be 'only if you clean the whole floor of art up first'...
the little green guys in the image are here too, but they're not interactive; they move a bit, but they don't appear to watch or respond to his presence as he walks around.]

[he gets a little wave, but not quite a smile. he's too emotionally hungover from the weekend for that.]
...think it'd let both of us see it?

[he's curious about everyone else's homes, so... it's a good opportunity.]

[just picking up the headset and getting it ready, while he waits for jonas to answer.]

Let's start with yours. We can walk up and down from there, can't we?

...there we go. The Floor of Art.
[messiness and all...]

Who're these guys? And I guess...who's Angela, too? Sounds like she's kind of not someone you want to mess with.
no subject
Angela's the Director. The one who created the Library... she more or less has control over everything, here.
[so jonas is right, do not mess with her.]
And I don't actually know what these little guys are. They've just always been part of my floor.
