the cathedral is an interesting exception, sort of. he's not much usually for the historical sites at the end of the day, but it's better to check it out than to not know your surroundings.

Pretty sure it's blasphemous to say that in a church, man. [ it's clear he's kidding, especially when he tilts his head up to squint at the glass, too. ] But yeah it's like...it looks totally fine and normal at first until it's suddenly not, which is a lot less surprising than it should be.

It's been a while since I've been in a church. Usually it's all images of like angels and stuff, so...maybe that's the UG's version of things. [ he sounds exhausted as he says this. ]
Maybe. [ mother peter looks down upon us all. ] We don't have many churches in China - I think there was a survey or something that said only 5% of the population practiced any kind of Christianity.
Yeah, it's...kind of a more Western thing that spread out so that doesn't surprise me. It just kind of feels really out of place with the Eiffel tower knockoff thing and the museum. Unless the theme of the district is really just "art appreciation."
