The good thing is that none of us are going to know how trials here go. I have ideas but with everything we've seen today it's almost impossible to guess what might happen.
It depends on how long they've been planning on Erasing someone. Don't dismiss evidence when you found it, but strongly consider if it makes sense in the context of the crime.
