Yeah, she seems a little hard to say no to. She told me she and Kaveh were sticking together and they were still looking for others, but that was a few days ago.

She gave decent enough reasons for who she had in mind and why. I didn’t have much reason to turn her down.

Alex and I always knew we'd be together. Setsu and Kazuki talked about teaming up with each other, and I guess...both of us talked about teaming up with each other before we all agreed.

Yeah, that's the downfall but we figured we can make it work. It's easier to work together than make sure our skills are so spread out.

Supposedly. We're still trying to figure out exactly how much we can do with it. I can't say that the thought didn't occur to me though.

You can ace a speed based task, but if you break your ankle during it you’re out of luck.

Maybe don't jinx us before we even start, Shu. [ nyeh!!! ] I'd be surprised if the tasks were set up to lean more toward one psych than another anyway.

I agree. If it was catered to a specific type of psych, they’d have been more particular about assigning them.

I'm still not sure who or how these were assigned but see, that's exactly my point. They also had to know that people with the same ability had a high chance of ending up on the same team in the first place.

Maybe not four in one, but I expect they’ll have accounted for duplicates.

Sounds like it was random though. Maybe with a little reaper favouritism for certain psychs?

You think? I wasn't even sure how much the reapers really knew about the psychs. When I asked, they were talking about the other powers they had.

Aika implied preference might have influenced things, but I'm not reading into it. We have to work with what we've got, unless there's a way to get more later.

Have any of us even asked if there is a way to get more than what we've got? Or, like, anything that might've implied we could.

I haven't yet, actually. What I've got is good for now, but-- maybe it's something we need to run by them.
