[ the way this scares both him and i into thinking it's not froggy, and unfortunately he mutters: ] If it really is Justice still I'm going to lose my mind.
[regardless. he takes this into consideration. ]
One...big, happy family. Sharing all the resources you earn together and splitting things amongst yourselves while being at the same base level. [ what the absolute hell does that mean for the living though? ] That means that you guys probably have teams you want to actually see succeed, right? Are they the same as ours?
[ were the dead satisfied with the results of last weekend...? ]
[ he has to think about this, actually, because his answer fluctuates. ]
I mean...at this rate, Froggy's ahead. Most people have put their trust in them. It's a safe bet to want them to win. Even if it's a lot of pressure for Haru and Ylfa. But to be honest I think it's easier to mention who I don't want to see win, personally.
[ ... ]
I'll be honest. I'll go with the majority as needed, as long as I get what I want and I can try to barter for something else I want. Not that I have a leg to stand on, but if people have more points to spare then maybe I can make a deal with them, too.
I'll say this. That looking at where we are right now -- it doesn't look like you'll have to barter at all.
[a beat, then]
But whatever choice you think we have to make deals or bargains... we don't have it. That's all up to the winning team. They get the final say, as the winners.
...that's promising, but you don't even know what I'm trying to barter for, man. [ but the way he says it seems to imply that it's something he feels he has to figure out himself later and not waste precious time here. he'd rather focus on rang at the moment. ]
But no, I know. The Reapers have reminded us that the winning team members are the only people who get to choose. That's what I'm saying though. As long as the winners are people I can trust to try and go a step further on some stuff I'm okay with that. Even if they can't actually do it.
[rang like i hope jonas isn't going to barter for something stupid like staying behind and letting others live................ :/ no he just makes a 'that's fair' sort of gesture, then]
[ I hate to say this but he likes rang enough that he could ask if he wanted. jonas just assumes he does not need or want details.
the question is a little complicated though. ]
Less than before. But I can trust them enough if someone else is watching and working with them. I believe they have good intentions. I can't say the same for certain factors or certain people on their team.
[JONAS!!!!!! RANG THOUGHT HE WAS KEEPING IT A SECRET OR SOMETHING!!!]
You mean Simon? [imagine jonas was like no actually i hate fukuzawa the most.
rang looks amused,]
That's fair. I thought what he did was funny, [thanks rang] but I also wanted him dead, in case he went after Haru or Ylfa. You and Setsu really pulled through for us.
[please don't compliment someone on their murders]
[ looks at what happened today. well. may not be relevant now. hard to say. but currently he still wants the thing.
also. yeah! ]
Simon is one of those things, yeah. I can't exactly congratulate a guy for going after his own teammate to double up on points. Taking out Fukuzawa just meant they didn't earn extra points for getting away with Zelda's murder, so whatever. Maybe it is a good thing. [ ... ] To be honest, we were already planning on it before all of your letters came in. We just got delayed by a week.
Setsu told me as much, that they were willing to do whatever it took to win. [which he likes about setsu, au where setsu erased rang] But they were less clear about the rest of you.
That's because Setsu takes on too much themselves. [ he seems mildly annoyed, but like the kind where you are just worried. ] ...part of it was I didn't want them acting alone. We were already starting to fall behind in rankings, and...I wanted to make sure my team would be okay. We kind of all knew we wouldn't be able to catch up, but we had to try. Plus, for a while, we thought Simon killed Lambda and then even when he didn't we learned about Fukuzawa and decided it was still a valid play.
Mostly I was trying to protect my team as best as I could. Earn points for leverage, try to keep us afloat, and take out a threat. That's all there was to it.

Maybe. Who do you guys want to see win? I'm curious to know if you're all in agreement.
