Yeah, the wake-up call didn't really help the headache I already had. [ stupid-ass giggling monstrosity. ] But there's an app with a bunch of people's information on it. Pretty sure if they're there, they're the only ones we can actually talk to. Other Players or whatever we are now.

I think what we've been told is partially true. We're gonna have to make teams, and those teams are gonna compete against each other for however long the game goes. I don't know if we're really dead, or if the prize is true, but I don't think it's a good idea to risk missing the chance either. If the game's about earning points, then there has to be ways to play that suit some of us more than others. They can't expect everybody to be the same.

... I guess that's true, but I don't know if I like the thought of entertaining this whole idea either.

My friends? Er, well... They're fun, and good to talk to, and listen to stuff, and everyone always tries their best... Things like that.
Then maybe that's a good place to start. [ people to easily get along with. ] I don't think there's many people that won't try their best here. So that's an easy one. And even if there's a lot of us from different places, there's some overlap. Maybe there're people who're from a place similar to what you're familiar with. Find common ground that way?
